Amy Rodrigues
The Boeing Company

Amy Rodrigues began her Boeing career 20 years ago supporting the F/A-18 Program in financial controls. Her passion for the aerospace industry and determination to support the advancement and development of others across the company has accelerated her to where she is today serving as the Vice President Finance–Finance Transformation. In Amy’s current role, she has responsibility for leading simplification, functional excellence and transformation initiatives within Finance for the entirety of The Boeing Company and works across the Commercial, Defense, and Services sectors.

Prior to her current role, Rodrigues held multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility in both the Defense and Services businesses. Her experience spans multiple domains and diverse platforms including tactical aircraft, traditional rotor craft and tilt rotors, satellite systems, and advanced research and development activities. Additionally, she has experience supporting the full program and product life cycle, from competitive bid to production and operational excellence, and the lifetime maintenance and services required to keep systems and platforms operational.

Within the Global Services business, Rodrigues served as the Vice President Finance–Boeing Government Services (BGS) Controller. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of Accounting, Cost Policy, Financial Operations, Rate Management and Financial Compliance functions for BGS. She also had responsibility to coordinate with the internal and external auditors and Corporate for financial matters related to the services business. Prior to this, she held a vice president and chief financial officer role for Government Services. Here, she led large teams across multiple sites focused on financial and operational outcomes. Rodrigues oversaw financial activities, which included profit-and-loss for two of four business divisions within Global Services; and capital investments, as it relates to capacity and tool improvement throughout the business. In addition to her finance role, Rodrigues partnered with leaders within the business to oversee program execution and assists in the development of long-term strategies for Global Services.

Although her recent experience is in executive leadership roles within the services business, Rodrigues has deep roots within Boeing Defense, Space & Security, where she served as vice president of Finance for Strike, Surveillance and Mobility. In this role, she managed all financial activities for a portfolio of strike-fighter, surveillance and mobility platforms, including the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, EA-18G Growler, F-15 Eagle, T-7Aandexecutive fleet aircraft.

Rodrigues also served as chief financial officer for Vertical Lift, where she was responsible for optimizing financial performance of a portfolio of cargo, tilt rotor and attack rotor craft programs. She also managed site-wide business activities and transactions at Boeing’s Mesa and Philadelphia locations. Rodrigues also supported Vertical Lift as chief financial officer for the V-22 Osprey program, with responsibility for financial management of the program for U.S. and international customers.

A native of St. Louis, Rodrigues holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Saint Louis University and a master’s degree in business from Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville. She is a graduate of the KPMG Executive Women in Leadership program and holds two executive certificates in leadership and negotiation from the University of Notre Dame. Rodrigues serves on the St. Louis Area Foodbank Board of Directors and is the executive board president for the Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership program.
