Biography
Hope Damphousse Hope Damphousse is the vice president of Strategic Operations for Ball Aerospace. In this role, she leads Ball Aerospace’s Washington, D.C. office; guides our public policy, regulatory and government relations activities; and leads the company’s strategic planning and partnerships. Previously, Damphousse served as the senior director of Strategic Operations, where she managed government relationships and agendas to drive business priorities forward. She was also responsible for managing and growing the Ball Political Action Committee (BallPAC). Prior to joining Ball in 2008, Damphousse served as a legislative advisor to U.S. Senator Robert Bennett of Utah and U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. Damphousse received a B.A. in international relations and economics from Brigham Young University. She is active in the broader aerospace and Washington, D.C. communities and serves on boards and committees for the Aerospace Industries Association, American Astronautical Society and Future Space Leaders Foundation.
