In consideration for my being granted access to the Members Only section of the WIA website (the "Members Only Section"), I hereby agree as follows:

1. The materials contained in the Members Only section are solely for the benefit and use of authorized WIA Members. Unauthorized access to this website is prohibited.
2. I will not provide, or permit others to provide, access to the Members Only Section to any person other than an authorized WIA member.
3. I understand and agree that WIA is not responsible for the accuracy of any information submitted by third parties that is contained in the Members Only Section.
4. I understand and agree that the information contained on the Members Only Section is advisory only and I agree that I will not rely on any such information without first obtaining appropriate advice or counsel from experts or other qualified advisors.
